    Exercise Physiologist

    I have been a mental health nurse for over 40 years. During this time I enrolled in Edith Cowan University and graduated as a Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologist.

    As an experienced health professional, I love to use my knowledge of both physical and mental health to encourage others to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

    Originally from Lancashire, England, we emigrated in  1991 with our 2 children. We now have 4 grandchildren who we love to hang out with on our 2 1/2 acre property.
