Kathryn

Exercise Physiologist

Since graduating from Edith Cowan University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in clinic exercise rehabilitation and Exercise Sport science I have engaged in wide range of work as an exercise physiologist these include workers compensation rehabilitation, delivering health and wellness programs to the mining sector and finally handling Pre-employment medicals and Medicare services such as EPC’s.

I have also experienced the high-performance sporting area, working with WAFL clubs and Karate Athletes, where I conducted Strength and conditioning and rehabilitation training for these athletes.

I have always had a passion for exercise and wellbeing and the positive effects it can have on anyone, from elite athletes to the elderly. It excites me how just by moving your body you can improve people’s lives so much; I am always excited to be able to see the benefits of exercise has on the human body and seeing how it makes my clients improve and grow as individuals.

In my spare time I play women’s amateur football for Wanneroo Football Club, and spend time with family and friends.
